If French Polynesia and her islands are the crowning glory of the South Pacific depicted in the paintings of Paul Gauguin and André Masson, then Bora Bora is the sparkling gem in the middle of that crown. The island really deserves its reputation of 'Pearl of the Pacific”. In our project the high positioning of the villas located on the hills of the main island will be offering breathtaking views of the lagoon, the motus, Raiatea & Tahaa islands and the Pacific Ocean. They will be built with laminated California Cedar, double/triple glazing and set on concrete pillars sculpted with traditional Polynesian motifs. Each villa will have it’s own pool to serve for temperature and humidity controls. The 18 hole Eco-golf with zero emission to the lagoon (eco-system conservation) and to the Pacific Ocean is designed by the international golf champion & golf course designer Greg Norman.
